WATCH Iran, Azerbaijan perform naval drills in Caspian Sea amid Middle East tensions

Iranian and Azerbaijani naval forces took part in combined search and rescue drills in the Caspian Sea on Sunday (November 3) and Monday (November 4). According to Iranian Navy commander Shahram Irani, the operation was to maintain maritime safety in the region. A variety of naval vessels were seen streaming through the body of water, with a helicopter flying above.
