Thought I would bring an unconventional video. I am trying to expand my videos to provide a few more educational-style informative videos if I can. This is not the most exciting, however it is a frequent question I see on forums and on my own page. Castings can be stored as long as you like and they lose very little if any nutrient and microbial benefit if kept moist and aerated. Some people choose to store their finished castings IN the garden. That way it is ready for planting in the spring and it will be rich and dark! Cover it with a layer of leaves and you may just get the cocoons to hatch as well! Hopefully you find this somewhat useful. More to come on the over-wintering project here shortly. Let me know what you think! Check out my blog: www.thecrazywormlady.com Buy worms: www.thecrazywormlady.com/shop Until Sunday I am offering my new EBook free with any purchases. The book is slightly behind schedule, but you will be the first to get access! Hopefully by the 2nd week of October! Happy WORM WEDNESDAY to you all!
