All rules apply equally to everyone — chatters, moderators, and any content creator producing content for OMG. Respect must be shown to all, including those who create content for OMG. No one is exempt from the standards of respect, positivity, and fairness. No Harassment – Do not insult, attack, or belittle moderators in chat or outside of it. No Arguments with Mods – If you disagree with a moderator’s decision (timeouts, deletions, etc.), do not argue about it in the live chat. Respect Their Role – Moderators are here to keep the stream safe and respectful. Treat them with the same respect as you would the host. No Public Complaints – Concerns about moderation must be taken privately (e.g., via email/DM if allowed), not in the live chat. No Accusations – Do not accuse moderators of favoritism, bias, or abuse in chat. Follow Mod Directions – If a moderator gives a warning or instruction, listen and comply immediately. No Retaliation – Do not create drama or target moderators after a timeout, ban, or deleted comment. Zero Tolerance for Disrespect – Continued disrespect towards moderators will result in permanent banning from the channel. Engage with the community, share your thoughts, and enjoy the content. No Self Promotion or Advertising Do not promote your own content, other channels, or external websites without permission from the senior moderators. This includes asking for subscribers or likes. 5. Respect Privacy Do not share personal information, including your own or others’. This includes addresses, phone numbers, and any other private details. Respect the privacy of everyone on the channel. Do not share any money exchange apps, Venmo, CashApp etc Sharing of personal information (e.g., real names, addresses, phone numbers) about members or on-camera individuals is strictly prohibited. If members of the community appear on camera, that doesn’t mean all aspects of their life are public. Discussing or speculating about their private life is not allowed unless they have shared that information openly to senior moderators. 6. No Misinformation Do not spread false or misleading information. Ensure that any claims you make are accurate, and if you’re unsure, refrain from sharing. Do not spread of false information about channel members, guests, etc. 7. English Only To keep the chat accessible and understandable for everyone, please use English only. 8. No Offensive or Inappropriate Content No posting or discussing offensive, violent, or inappropriate content. Keep the chat suitable for all audiences. 9. No Political Speech No discussing political topics or making political statements. This helps keep the chat focused and inclusive. 10. No Disruptive Chat Refrain from disrupting the chat with off topic conversations, excessive negativity, or attempts to derail the discussion. Maintain a positive and constructive atmosphere. 11. No Typing in All Capitals Please avoid typing in all capitals, as it can be considered shouting and may disrupt the chat. Use regular sentence case for your messages. 12. Follow Moderator Instructions Moderators are here to keep the chat safe and enjoyable for everyone. Please respect their decisions and follow their instructions. Warnings: Minor infractions may result in a warning from moderators. Timeouts: Repeated or more serious violations may lead to a temporary timeout, preventing you from participating in the chat for a set period. Do not complain about time outs, do not go to another chat on to complain about being timed out do not ask who timed you out, doing so will result in being timed out or being banned. Bans: Severe or repeated rule violations can result in a permanent ban from the chat. If there is a significant breach of privacy or persistent misinformation, moderators will report the incident to the channel owner immediately, providing detailed information on what occurred and the actions taken.
