Worst Camping Experience I've Ever Had | Heavy Rain, Thunderstorm & Flooding ______ This was the worst camping experience I have ever had. While hiking to my camping spot, heavy rain and a thunderstorm suddenly hit without warning. The storm was intense and unforgiving. I didn’t even bring a raincoat, so I was already completely soaked while trying to continue the hike. The rain kept getting heavier and lightning filled the sky. Because of the terrible weather, I had no choice but to set up my tent wherever I could find a spot, just to avoid getting colder and protect myself from the storm. It was a very difficult situation and one of the worst moments I have ever experienced while camping.
