Grab your equipment on the ground, tell your team to wait behind the helicopter, and slowly advance while taking cover behind the destroyed helicopter parts. There are weapons and medkits on the ground. There will be a bazooka on the ground not much further, grab it and shoot the tower with it. It will blow up and you get +25 points for it. Order your soldiers to scan the area ahead. A bunch of soviets will show up, use the bazooka again to kill some of them. Whether your soldiers survive or not isn't important here, they should just be able to kill a few soldiers (or weaken them at least). Kill the soviets from far away then advance. Climb the ladder then crouch to the left until you find a sewer entrance. Open it and go to the munitions depot.
