House of Jithesh by CONFORM STUDIO The House of Jithesh is a serene residential retreat with distinct architectural features influenced by tropical colonial architecture. The design features intimate and warm living spaces with wide verandahs, a courtyard and covered porches. It blends heritage colonial charm with modern comforts while featuring Hip roofs with Mangalore clay tiles, warm-white exterior walls, subtle lighting, arched windows, and paving in local granite stone in flagstone pattern. The interiors are neutral tones with natural textures like teak-wood joinery and furniture getting highlighted. Each room is thoughtfully curated—from the cosy living area with handcrafted wooden furniture to the rustic bedroom with a four-poster bed and lush garden views. The project is a true timeless charm, a statement highlighting tranquillity and mindful living.
