In this video, one of the patient discuss his experience of undergoing phacoemulsification & IOL Implantation combined with intravitreal injection of Anti-VEGF (bevacizumab, Avastin) performed at SuVi Eye Insttitute & Lasik Laser Surgery, Kota, India. Intravitreal injection of bevacizumab during cataract surgery halted the progression of diabetic retinopathy and diabetic maculopathy.
