The motivation behind this is that I wanted to make this more affordable.    • Złotoryja  - złoto -"wyrwiząb"   In the end this design cost me about $75, which is way less than the typical $175 options out there. BOM: For the pump and sluice tube I used 2"x36" pvc pipes. I made them extra long so I can get deep in a river if need be.
