America''s Class 1 Railroads have made working conditions so bad that employees are ready to strike. Working with out a contract for 3 years, talks of one man crews. Draconian attendance policies. The list goes on. As a locomotive engineer for a class 1 railroad, I will say everything in the video is true. This is only the second time I have ever mirrored a video but this is an issue close to my heart. Also to all you rail fans who think the railroads are so great, maybe you should think again as well.
