You see, I’ve always liked some Dark Academia themes, but they always felt too romanticized to me. Too much “love books” energy, and some aspects felt a bit childish, which honestly pushed me away from it. What I wanted instead was something more practical, closer to ideas like Brutalism or Industrialism. Less decoration, more structure. That’s where the idea of creating something different started. I’ve always been a fan of cosmic horror. Lovecraft, The Lighthouse, Annihilation, and especially Arrival, which is easily one of my favorite movies ever. I watched it in theaters during an 11:00 PM session the day before it was released, and I bought the book the very next day. When I started my music channel, I had some shapeless ideas in mind, and I was so focused on the music creation that I barely thought about anything else. Now that I understand better how YouTube works and how everything connects, I decided to add this new layer to the project and I plan to make this my full-time job next year. So I hope you guys help me with this. With some works that fit the themes and aesthetics, thoughts, habits, ideas, whatever comes to mind. What do you think?
