Built from ground moose blended with bacon and cheese, then stuffed with butter at the center, this burger was made to stay rich and juicy without losing the character of the meat. Subscribe Here: @LuxuryCampFoodie V I D E O S T O W A T C H N E X T • Fire Grilled Ribeye Steak - No Talk Campin... • LEFTOVER CHILI CON CARNE Becomes AMAZING F... • Perfect Steak and Cheese Sandwich Cooked i... 🍔 RECIPE — MOOSE BURGER Ingredients Ground moose meat Cooked bacon crumbles Shredded cheddar cheese Shredded mozzarella cheese Salt Black pepper Onion powder Garlic powder Steak seasoning Butter (1 slice for the center) To Build Burger bun American cheese slice Shaved white onion Sliced beefsteak tomato Mayonnaise Fries Russet potatoes, cut into fries Beef tallow (for frying) Method Gently combine ground moose, bacon crumbles, cheddar, mozzarella, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and steak seasoning. Divide into two thick patties. Place a slice of butter between the patties, then press together to form one large burger. Cook over open flame or hot cast iron until well-seared and cooked through, flipping once. Toast the bun and melt an American cheese slice on the burger near the end. Build with shaved white onion, sliced beefsteak tomato, and a squirt of mayonnaise. Fries Fry once in beef tallow at a lower temperature until tender.
