IN THIS VIDEO The video shows how the egg de-palletizer automatically moves the eggs from the pallet to the conveyor and how the egg loader provides high in-feed efficiency and gentle destacking of the eggs. The eggs go through a combined leak and dirt detector. The eggs pass the first drop gate and leaker eggs are sorted out. Each egg is weighed and the scales are calibrated after each egg. The eggs run through crack detection which ensures more Grade A eggs and the orienter makes sure that the eggs are perfectly oriented. The inserter system places the eggs point down. The eggs go through blood detection and printing before entering packing lanes. Every single egg is tracked from the first detection system until packed in the carton. A robust and simple design ensures a minimum of maintenance costs. The machine handles the eggs very gently due to synchronized speed to the main track and because the track speed is reduced by 25 %. Furthermore, all eggs are treated very carefully and delivered downwards to eliminate side impact. The packers have a buffer capacity of 78 eggs each eliminating operational stops of packing lanes. The end release makes it possible to run the grader on full speed, even if the packing lanes are full. Lanes can be equipped with tray stacker or end-of-line automation. Can be equipped with CIP - (cleaning in place) and can run CIP in the accumulator, infeed, removal gates, crack detectors, weighing scales, inserter and main track.
