I’m so excited for today’s video (Homemade granola recipe), because I’m going to show you how to make delicious, naturally sweet easy homemade crunchy granola using wholesome ingredients and no added sugar. I love this homemade granola recipe, it's easy, super delicious, and creates giant granola clusters :) INGREDIENTS: 2 cups of old fashioned rolled oats 1/2 cup of roughly chopped almonds 1/2 cup of roughly chopped hazelnuts 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes 2 egg whites ¼ cup melted coconut oil ½ cup homemade applesauce (you can use store-bought) Pinch of salt 1 tsp of cinnamon 1/2 tsp of nutmeg METHOD: In a large mixing bowl, mix oats, nuts, and coconut flakes. Blend together egg whites, coconut oil, applesauce, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Pour wet mixture over dry ingredients. Bake on a flat baking sheet lined with parchment paper for 50 minutes at 300F or 148C, flip carefully at 20 minute mark. Let cool down for 20-30 minutes and then add 1/2 cup dried black cherries.
