It's weird when it rains, amusement park guests tend to avoid water rides because they get wet... That's why I didn't invest in a single water ride for Mothball Mountain (or Mystic Mountain): I bet even fish would drown from the rain here. Ok, I get it though, it's a different kind of "wet", am I right...? The challenging part about this scenario is making money from the start. The park is tiny, only little plots here and there are flat and the lake also takes much of the land away. I started by cramming up rides at the entrance to attract guests, only to make them think it's too crowded (which is a valid complaint to be honest). Anyway, by keeping away from larger rides, you can just thread the needle staying in business. Despite that, I really enjoyed this filling this cosy little scenario. Mostly inspired by the Main Street at "Attractiepark Slagharen" (Netherlands), guests enter the park walking by shops and (partly) covered rides: a carousel and twister ride. Also, people will find a major attraction along the street, namely the junior coaster. Going up and down, left and right, through barns and caves, it's an interesting ride. A small steam train also meanders below the coaster tracks. At the end of the street, there's a small plaza for people to stand and watch the Ferris Wheel. At the end of each day, there will be a spectacular light show here :) Please ignore that I oversaw the wheel being placed the wrong way ;) It should be turned around by 180 degrees... Following the path to the left, guests can find the entry to the steam train and a bumper car ride. I found covering it with paths blended it in much better into the main street style buildings. Also, you can find a small scale restaurant for some BBQ steak or Spare Ribs, of course with Chips And Mayonaise. Next to the restaurant, people can get a ride on the boomerang double looping coaster which travels along the park bounds. Although it's a small coaster, people will ride it back and forth for double the fun! An observation tower to fill this section of the park finishes it. By the way, I decided to allow the original inhabitants to keep living in the park in their small wooden hut (I felt bad removing it :)). Hope I don't get any noise complaints. Let's bribe them with free entry to the park and dinner is on me... Let's go back to the Ferris Wheel plaza and walk to the right, onto the wooden bridge. Guest will find them in front of the haunted house, prominently sitting on one of the hills. Not just that, after the "pre-shows" of the house, guests enter the car ride to travel through the depths of horrors beneath the house. Scary... Although haunted, the long-dead owner of the house has opened up his front gardens for guests to rest. At the other side of the house, around a plaza, people can sit and watch the house and looping coaster area. Going around the lake, there are some more generic thrill rides: a (pretty well hidden) motion simulator, swinging ship, a free-fall tower, Helter Skelter and a Top-Spin. The view to the Haunted House must be nice from this path; I wish I could actually be there. And that's a full walk around the park.
