OIder and Wiser Season 1, episode 2. This is our second camping trip of the year and we picked the perfect spot, Echo Bluff State Park near Eminence, MO. Nestled in the Ozark National Scenic Riverways, this park is newer to the Missouri State Park system and we didn't know much about it. The campground was really well laid out and wonderfully maintained, the lodge and bluff areas are absolutely gorgeous and there are so many hiking trails! Right now we're still at the planning stages, getting ready for fulltime RV life while our older kids finish up school and get settled on their own. We've started our lives over about 6 years ago, getting married and combining forces into the awesome family of 6 we have now! So in many ways we get to do everything all over again, this time with the benefit of being older and wiser. We plan to home school the little one as we go on the road full time for a few years, then find a place to settle down and call home. We're still trying to figure out what we're doing with this whole camping and RV life thing and you all get to join us as we learn how to organize our space and downsize all our junk. We're trying to embrace this minimalist lifestyle as well as learn how to use as these great camping and RV products that are out there.
