Hey friends! Today I’m sharing my tutorial for Cabbage and Potato Stir Fry. This recipe is quick and easy, perfect for busy nights. Plus, it’s vegan-friendly! We’re going to start by frying the potatoes in some oil, until they are tender and golden brown. After removing the potatoes from the pan, cook the onions until translucent. Throw the crunchy cabbage in with the onions, and once the cabbage is soft and tender, add the potatoes back in and mix until well-combined and heated through. That is it!
