Nihari/dum ki nalli almost everyone love it and for the traditional recipe of our old Delhi and here the traditional way to cook nihari at your home dont forget to like our videos after watching and send us your feedback and don't forget to Subscribe our channel Recipe Dum Ki Nali Ingredients Brown onion paste 200 gms Oil 2 tbsp Red chili paste 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp Turmeric powder ½ tsp Coriander powder 2 tbsp Mutton nalli 300 gms Potli masla Black peppercorn 3 gms Rose petal 5 gms Green cardamom 3 gms Bay leaf 2 no Big cardamom 2 no Cloves 3 gms Method Heat oil in pan add brown onion paste. Sauté for while then add ginger garlic paste. Once g. G paste is cooked add all dry spices and red chili paste. Cook the masala till it leaves oil. Once masala is cooked add lamb shank and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Now make a potli of dry spices, which will help to give flavor to lamb shank. Now add water, dry spices potli to the lamb shank and seal the handi . Cook lamb shank on slow flame at least for 2 hours until and unless lamb shank become tender.
