COCONUT MACAROONS INGREDIENTS: 1 CUP CONDENSED MILK (30 GRAMS) ¼ CUP MELTED BUTTER (50 GRAMS) 1 PCS LARGE EGG (50 GRAMS) ½ TSP VANILLA ¼ CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR (30 GRAMS) ½ TSP BAKING POWDER ¼ TSP SALT 1 1/2 CUP DESSICATED COCONUT 1/2 CUP SHREDDED CHEESE MELTED BUTTER/MARGARINE 1. Preheat the oven in 160 Celcius. Line the pan with 1 oz cupcake liner. 2. In a bowl combine condensed milk, melted butter and large egg. 3. Cream the mixture until well combine then add the vanilla. 4.. Add the flour, baking powder and salt. 5. Beat the mixture until everything is well incorporated. 6. Then fold in the dessicated coconut and cheese. 7. Pour 1 tbsp of the mixture in each cupcake liner. 8. Brush the top with melted butter. 9. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
