We’re pairing one upper body move with one core move:30 seconds each, 2 rounds per pair, then a short break before the next combo. EXERCISE PAIRS Pair 1 - Push + Crunch• Push-ups (knees or toes)• Bicycle crunches Pair 2 - Pull + Stability• Supermans (back extension)• Plank shoulder taps Pair 3 - Shoulders + Obliques• Pike push-ups (or Down Dog taps)• Russian twists Pair 4 - Triceps + Low Abs• Tricep dips (crab position)• Leg lowers 30 sec Upper Body / 30 sec Core• 2 rounds per pair• 15 sec rest between pairs This session will help you build strong, stable shoulders and arms, train deep core strength for better posture and support your heavier lower body days in the Base Building program Roll out your mat, press play, and let’s build strength together. 💫 Lets go!
