Control: This is the most common scenario for this issue. In Control, points are awarded based on a multiplier determined by how many capture zones your team holds (one point per kill with one zone, two points with two zones, and three points with all three zones). The total number of kills on the leaderboard doesn't always reflect this multiplier. If the enemy team secures and holds two or three zones (a "Power Play"), their kills are worth significantly more points than your team's kills if you only control one zone. They can rapidly close a score gap and win the match even if they have fewer total kills or a lower overall individual score on the final screen.
