Enduring Activity: 2023 Updates in Clinical Oncology – Program 5: Gastrointestinal and Recent Advances in Pediatric Neuro-oncology Evaluation and Credit: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/2023UC... Target Audience This activity is targeted toward physicians, physicians assistants, nurse practitioners,pharmacists, nurses and other health care providers in the practice specialties of family medicine, gynecology, obstetrics/gynecology, oncology (and subspecialties), pediatrics, pathology, preventive medicine, radiology and surgery. Statement of Need This symposium has been designed to meet the educational needs of health care providers by presenting advancement and guidelines for improved patient care in clinical oncology. This program will address all primary areas of clinical oncology. Providers in the field have compiled the most salient practice-shifting information from abstracts and podium presentations, including surgical, medical, diagnostic, preventive and therapeutic clinical knowledge. Objectives 1) Identify state-of-the-art treatment protocols for oncology patients. 2) Discuss new strategies for the prevention and diagnosis of cancer. 3) Describe standard therapeutic practices and the application of the newest therapies in the treatment of cancer patients.
