Montgomery Community Media will be opening a new Silver Spring Studio and Classroom. MCM's headquarters is in Rockville, and next week officials will celebrate the opening of a second location in downtown Silver Spring with a ribbon cutting on Wednesday, April 24, 2019, at noon.
