Sheet music: https://app.box.com/s/i7yt06q9gfb3mbo... The sheet music for this piece available on IMSLP was engraved in a rather odd style, and not very pleasant to the eyes to say the least. Therefore, I decided to produce a new edition. Editing was done on Musescore, which has an incredibly lovely musical font (Leland). Why not start 2021 with a hopeful, sweet little gem of a Melody? I have already recorded this one back in 2017, but I felt that I could still improve on the musicality and bring out more emotion within the page. I find it especially enchanting when the theme re-appears underneath the high treble notes floating peacefully above it. Alas, due to my limited hand span, I have to play this middle section with considerable hand-crossing with huge leaps, adding to the difficulty of maintaining the melody line.
