YOTEL New York

This was the hotel I stayed at during my week long trip to New York City in September of 2021. The Yotel is located at the corner of 10th Avenue and 42nd Street in Midtown Manhattan, just a few blocks west of Times Square and a couple blocks west of the Port Authority Bus Terminal and nearest Subway station. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend it to others who are planning on visiting New York. The Yotel has an urban vibe to it that makes it really fit in well with the city. It does feel geared more for the younger crowd though. Probably ain't the right hotel for a family vacation. Pros: Affordable and nice Very comfortable and adjustable bed Location The Yobot luggage storage Was able to check in four hours early with no extra charge Just a fun vibe to the place Cons: Rooms are fairly small, but not a big deal if you're a solo traveler like me. Some of the amenities were limited due to Covid (I assume). The A/C in my room didn't worked as well as I would have liked. Lots of traffic in area due to proximity to Hudson Tunnel and Bus Terminal Overall, I give this hotel 4/5 stars.
