Most OVERPOWERED seed Legendary Weapon Instinct in 60 seconds!! - Mortal Shell The Virtuous Cycle

Is this the most OP seed?? You can get Legendary weapon instincts in the first 60 seconds!! As long as you have the Epic familiarity unlocked with your weapon, you are shade-less and you have the legendary tier perk from the Runic Gate, you should be able to sprint straight to this pillar and get the legendary instinct.
