Neato D10 is total trash!!!

Spent $600 on a new Neato D10 after my $850 D7 stopped working after 2.5 years thinking surely they’ve corrected the wheel/turning failure only to find out they actually made them WORSE!!! The D10 kept getting stuck on nothing, it would just sit there dinging, all kinds of problems as you can see in the merged video clips that were all taken on day two so it’s brand new and defective straight out of the box! Before I bought the D10, I was still pouring money into fixing my D7 and I bought an $80 battery for my D7 thinking that would fix it but it didn’t. I decided to just buy the D10 instead and tried to get my money back on the battery. Since I bought a new unit I thought they’d overlook the fact that I was two weeks past the 30 day return period but nope, they said “email us the serial number and all kinds of info and I’ll see if they can make an exception” and then I just never heard back from them. Terrible products and terrible customer service.
