Hi, As we all know these systems are sold out mostly everywhere in the Usa , However there are some sellers reselling these on amazon and Ebay for a Marked up price. So I go on Amazons site to Order 2 of these systems and after a quick search I see they are available thru a 3rd party amazon seller So I place the order and after about a 10 day wait DHL arrive with a package from China at my door I immediately become skeptical and decide to inspect the package as I intend to give these Systems as gifts for the holiday I almost instantly realize that the are a very poor copy as these do not even have hdmi port and neither the controls or the system itself have the Nintendo logo as they do in the listing pictures I contact the seller However He states that he will not accept a return for ANY reason Proceeded to contact amazon support and the assured me they will take care of the issue even if the seller doesnt PLEASE BE CAREFUL
