TransJakarta is a bus rapid transit system in Jakarta, Indonesia. The first BRT system in Southeast Asia, it commenced operations on 15 January 2004 to provide a fast public transport system to help reduce rush hour traffic. There are 13 corridors of BRT along with dozens of non-BRT routes in TransJakarta, and in this video, I will be trying out one of the newest routes of Transjakarta: PRJ1! It is one of four shuttle routes that are provided to accomodate those who want to visit Pekan Raya Jakarta (Jakarta Fair) without needing cars or experience traffic along the way.
