In this third and final part in this series, I speak about ELP's studio albums beginning with Works (Volume 1), Emerson's solo career including soundtrack work, Supergroup bands he was part of and the Reunion show in London with ELP in 2010. I also discuss his Moog Modular system, give some history on Robert Moog and Moog Music including the replication of Emerson's famous modular system from 2014-2017, list Emerson's keyboards sold in the 1990's, the use of the Mellotron by ELP and Emerson's showmanship, including the famous 'spinning piano'. ELP's version of Fanfare for the Common Man and a few other selected works are presented in full. Emerson was one of the important keyboard pioneers of progressive rock. This series was a big undertaking by me (much bigger than I expected at the start), but I had to do justice to the great man. I hope you enjoy the outcome.
