Subscribe & Stay Tuned - Ingredients: For Sandwich Green Chutney Bread slices Cucumber, sliced Butter Ketchup Carrot, grated Salt Black pepper powder Green Chutney 2-3 Garlic, cloves 1 Green Chilli, finely chopped Spring Onion greens, chopped Basil leaves Coriander leaves Water as required Salt to taste Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp Sugar Juice of 1 lime Method of preparation: Green Chutney In a mixer jar add garlic, green chilies, spring onion greens, basil leaves, coriander leaves, water and grind it into a paste. Add salt, black pepper powder, sugar, lime juice, and grind it one more time. Take it out on a bowl. Assembling Cut the sides of the bread. Apply the chutney on it, add cucumber slices on one slice and apply butter on the other slice and place it on the first slice. Take one more slice of bread apply butter, ketchup, grated carrot, salt, black pepper powder and cover it with the third slice of bread. Cut the sandwich into 4 pieces.
