Unknown 52" Builder Ceiling Fan - Very Loud and Noisy

This video is a reupload/remaster of a video that I posted last year to my main YouTube channel. Said video is of an unknown (brand and model) polished brass ceiling fan that was installed in one of the bedrooms of a vacation house that I was staying at all the way back in August 2019. This fan was one of several other identical fans installed in the house, and they all dated to somewhere around the 1980s or early 1990s. However, the fan that you see (or, at least, try to see in this video because the video is, unfortunately, extremely dark and it's almost impossible to make out anything in it) here stood out because it made this really loud but strange noise every time it ran, and this rendered the fan completely unusable. Nevertheless, I wanted to get a video of it to document it and the noises it made. NOTE: I'm incredibly sorry for the absolute potato quality of this video, as I filmed it using a Nintendo 3DS, which has a camera that really sucks. I've tried to use the A.I. enhancement tools in Wondershare Filmora to improve the look of the video, but it's not much better.
