I Signed up for an Ironman 70.3 and This Is My Plan… Hello Everyone, this is a complete channel change up so any of my current subscribers if this type of content isn’t for you I apologise and feel free to unsubscribe:) I started running around 6 months ago, which helped me lose over 20kg of body weight and overall made me so much happier. Since my marathon about 6 weeks ago I’ve felt like I’ve had no goal to work towards which isn’t great for me… So I’m going to do an Ironman! I hope you are going to enjoy these fitness vlogs, they are going to be a lot of fun to make. I’ll show my training plans, recovery techniques and my diet plan to maybe help you guys out too.
