What do you do on stage with a French and Australian driver? How about introduce them to Melbourne's cult croissant!!!! Blending both the best of French pastry with a uniquely Melbourne twist, we thought cross-over of cultures was the perfect way to welcome Jack Doohan and his BWT Alpine teammate Pierre Gasly to the Albert Park Fan Forum Stage. We know Pierre Gasly was going to be hard to impress, and so we employed the services of one of the best in the business with Lune Croissanterie by Kate Reid to see if she could impress the Frenchman with an Australian pastry. We know it was Qualification Day and so we very much appreciate that Jack Doohan and Pierre Gasly probably couldn't dive in as much as they wanted, but we love that they gave it a go!
