Aradhana oversees approximately 350 EWDs and 600 marginalized employees, co-leading recruitment across 95 hotels in 60 destinations. She pioneers initiatives for various disabilities, boasting three decades of experience in Sales, Marketing, Corporate Communications, and Sustainability after having earned her MBA from the prestigious IIM Ahmedabad.
