For our time in Hoonah, we opted to take advantage of the area’s abundant wildlife population and went on a whale watching tour! During the 3 hour tour, we saw countless whales, bald eagles, sea lions, otters, and more! It was time well spent and we even had time to indulge in some local halibut tacos and learn more about the local culture before making our way back to Icy Strait Point!
