Hey guys, here is a video showing how I assemble/fabricate the baja spindles made out of Totota 4Runner hubs. This is the file where you can get the drawings. https://drive.google.com/drive/folder... The BTPX files are for Bend Tech, however I think you'll need the sheet metal expansion to use them. However if you do it's really easy to print them actual size. DXF should work for Autocad, and I think you should be able to print actual size with that also. Bitmap files are for those who don't have either of the previous, you'll need to experiment to see how to print them the right size. 2 of the drawings have a scale that is 4"x2" to help you scale it correctly. The hubs I'm using are made by Doorman, model # 950-004 You'll need some 12x1.25mm nuts for those. The ball cups are for 1" uniballs. I got them at Kartek. These are the exact ones. KTK9044HD https://www.kartek.com/parts/4130-chr... This spindle is made out of mostly 3/16" steel. The caliper bracket is 1/4" and the small plate on the back of the spindle the back of the steering bracket are 1/8". If you have direct questions you can comment below or email me at [email protected] If you do get the designs and happen to fab some up maybe drop me an email and share your experience or some pictures. Thanks dudes!
