Minirig 3 with the Minirig subwoofer in a 1.1 system. Trying to see how much difference adding a subwoofer makes to the Minirig 3 .The Minirig 3 is a portable Bluetooth speaker while the subwoofer is wired only and connects directly to the minirig. Includes sound tests. In also need to correct some wrong info. David the owner of Minirig got in touch with me to say regards the tuning, it is tuned to take account of all listening positions and because most people listen off-axis they have taken that into account. However I still wouldnt have changed the recordings to this point because i want to measure as accurately as possible the actual sound of the speaker in isolation. However the point is they now say the treble does take into account off-axis listening. It is also true that the minirig support twice told me it didnt :) Also the subwoofer is 30 watts not 15 watts as I said.
