In this vlog, I share a full day in my village - Mpumalanga, South Africa, cooking warthog meat with my grandmother 🏡👵🏾👧🏾. As y'all know, I truly enjoy grandma's company💯👌🏾. Since warthog meat can be tough, we spent most of the day boiling it slowly until it became soft and tender. If you want to enjoy warthog meat, you'll need to boil it for not less than 4-5 hours. I walk you through the cooking process, the patience it takes, and finally enjoying it for dinner 🍲🤍. Personal opinion that might be unpopular - this meat tastes better than the giraffe one I cooked in the last video. I truly enjoyed this meat, moreso the following morning as left-over! Random question - since the warthog is the 'wild pig', can we call warthog meat ''wild pork''? Just asking 😂😂😂. Have you ever eaten warthog meat? If 'yes', how was it? If 'no' , would you try it? Tell me in the comments. If you enjoy cultural vlogs, African home cooking, and simple village moments🫶🌻, click the 'subscribe' button. See you in the next one! Can you guess what I'll cook next?
