Marqué par l’histoire mouvementée de la Moselle annexée, l’église Saint-Martin conserve un clocher unique dans la région. Reconstruit entre 1903 et 1905 sur les plans de l’architecte allemand Keil, l’édifice présente un clocher rare dans la région, coiffé d’un toit à bulbe inspiré de l’architecture alsacienne et germanique. Ses trois cloches, fondues après la guerre de 1870 puis remplacées en 1923 par la fonderie Farnier dans les Vosges, racontent l’histoire d’une communauté soudée autour de son sanctuaire.
