Urinary bladder: Normal in outline. No wall thickening seen. No demonstrable intravesical lesion is seen. The aorta, IVC, and other abdominal vessels are normal. No ascites or Lymphadenopathy is noted in the abdomen and pelvis. Uterus: Is normal in size and anteverted in position. Measuring 6.45 cm x 3.79 cm x 5.0 cm Endometrium: Is thickened and hyperechoic measuring 16.5 mm which does not correspond her phase of menstruation Myometrium: Is homogeneous. No focal lesion was seen in the myometrium. Left Ovary: Enlarge in size, shows a complex heterogenous mass predominantly cystic with internal septation and peripheral hyperechoic surface, measuring 3.8 x 3.00cm. Color Doppler: Shows peripheral vascularity. Right Ovary: Normal in size, and echogenicity. Measuring Volume 7.7 ml. Cul-de-Sac: Free from any fluid collection. 1.Suspected case of dermoid cyst left ovary. 2.Thickened hyperechoic endometrium suggestive of the blood clot.
