Then add vanilla essence Then combine flour ,coco powder and baking powder in another bowl and then add the dry mix in egg mixture Add 15 ml of water in the mixture and fold all the ingredients gently. Pour the mixture in pipen bags and fill the cup cake liners and bake it in a pre heated oven for about 25 min on 180 degree centigrade Almond Macaroons: Ingredients: Egg whites 60 gm Caster sugar 50 gm Icing sugar 120 gm Almond powder 70 gm Food color 3 drops METHOD: 1. Beat egg whites and caster sugar till it becomes thick and fluffy then add almond powder and then icing sugar and 3 drops of food color and mix well. 2. Place your macaroons on silicone tray and than pour the mixture in pipen bag and place on the silicone tray and bake the macrons on 150 degree centigrade for 20 min . Cake dummy : Gum paste 500 gms Sugar paste 500 gms Styrofoam dummy 1 METHOD: Take 500 gm of gum paste and 500 gm of fondant and knead it well till it combines very well . Roll the paste on ur silicone mat gently and evenly and then apply the paste on ur dummy and make sure all the edges are evenly applied and then remove the extra paste as needed .apply ur cascade or floral sprays in the end
