From around 1993 - IFBB Professional Bodybuilders Boyer Coe, Shawn Ray, Anja Schreiner, and (silently & briefly) Achim Albrecht demonstrate their favorite calf and biceps exercises. At around 16 minutes in, Coe, who is in his late 40s here, shows off the crazy split between the long and short heads of his biceps. Anja won the Ms. International in 1992 after placing 2nd to Tonja Knight the year before. Achim placed in the top 5 at several pro contests across the mid-90s and was all over the Weider magazines during that time. Coe, who placed as high as 2nd in the lightweight division of the Olympia in the late 70s and won 7 Grand Prix shows in 1981 alone made his comeback at the Masters Olympia in '94 & '95, placing 3rd & 10th, respectively. Shawn Ray competed in every Mr. Olympia contest from 1990 to 2001, placing everywhere from 2nd to 5th. Thanks for watching!
