Weinbach pianos are designed and built by Petrof pianos in the Czech republic. The models are based on Petrof designs and built using european quality materials. The pianos are hand crafted, having individual string agrafes for stability of tone and tuning. This piano would comfortably take a student to grade 8 and beyond, and is very well suited to a player who is looking for a high perfomance instrument. The piano is in a traditional cabinet design with a front leg and finished in high gloss mahogany. The piano is a used model , it has been professionally tuned and maintained,there are some age related marks, on the key lid when colse and on the edge of the key lid when open (see photos). The piano has 3 pedals, the middle one being a practice pedal .The piano plays very well indeed and is a joy to play, and the sound is the characteristic european romantic sound that Petrof pianos are noted for.
