Step by step 00:00 | Inkscape 1.1 Tutorial: How to Create a North Star Inspired Logo 00:11 | Grab the STARS AND POLYGONS TOOL and create a star. 00:18 | Set .382 to spoke ratio (to maintain the continuity of 72° angle). 00:30 | Duplicate object and flip vertically. 00:40 | Position as shown. Make sure to snap nodes. 00:50 | Convert objects to paths. 00:59 | To achieve the perfect negative space, we're going to delete unnecessary segments with the NODES TOOL. 01:08 | Close path by joining the selected nodes. 01:15 | Now we're just going to flip these objects horizontally or vertically to achieve the shape.
