#19 How to Mix Bloom PM with Primary Elements and Tube Paint

Hi everybody 😃 I hope by me creating and sharing my videos that I can be of some help to you....I LOVE creating art that comes from my heart ....you can always reach out to me for any help you may need. I will do my best to assist you I thought I'd make this video for anyone having trouble with the bloom technique. As a reminder: this is ONLY for the BLOOM technique. I am located in the U.S. and this is what works for me. You will see other artists use other ingredients as well.
