👋 Let's see how track capable the Lexus RC-F truly is! Today we drive the 20265 Lexus RC-F Final Edition on the track and test out how confident this car is. Along with the road car we take a hot lap in the RC-F race car with a professional driver! To be honest, the Lexus RC-F is a slept on sportscar. The naturally aspirated V8 is a joy to rev up to redline and in Sport+ the transmission shifts very quick! This car is very comfforbtale too with a nice interior and plenty of space in the back seats and trunk. The 2025 Lexus RC-F Final Edition has an MSRP around $95k which puts it inline with the BMW M4 Competition. While we love the BMW M4 and all of it's twin turbo capabilities. The RC-F is a different style of sportscar. Smooth V8 power is something else to experience! While this car doesn't blow you back in your seat with speed. It gets to 100 mph pretty quick and we were surprised with how flat it took turns. Very confident car and just an overall joy to drive. If you tone the car down it's a nice daily driver, and then it sharpens up very nicely without being back breaking in the top drive modes. The hot lap in the race car was amazing! The race car RC-F has the same engine and transmission and mechanically is the same as the road car. They just have different brakes, suspension and tires. And of course a gutted interior with race seats.
