The CX86e is a compact size full colour label and tag / ticket printer. It can print onto pre-cut blank labels on a roll. Using the built In strong rotary cutter it can also print onto card ticket and tag we make on low cost plain roll the cut the tag or ticket as its prints. In this video we set it to print individual personalised self-adhesive labels that are applied to spirit bottles. We use BarTender label software and its form feature to set up a data entry form so the user can key in a person's name so as to personalise the product as a gift. The BarTender is also set so that it can automatically merge print names from a list coming from an internet on-line shopping system. Note we use the arc text feature to curve the variable name entered so it fits the look of the label. The label is also pre-cut to a special shape and with a border so that the label image is full colour bleed over the border.
