It's silky smooth gameplay and deep fighting system make it one of the best fighting games of the last generation. In late 2013 it was released on next gen consoles as the "Ultimate Edition." The package wasn't much different from the base game, other than some additional characters and costumes. There is a noticeable graphical buff, but nothing extreme. Nonetheless, the story didn't need any additional content to make it amazing. By far one of the best uses of the DC universe in a video game, Injustice has one of the better comic stories in the past decade of video games. There are a couple of pieces of audio that are muted for copyright music, but other than that everything is intact.
