Someone told me about the Calimoto app for plotting out routes, where it avoids the boring roads, and takes you on the nicest twisty and windy roads. This was my first time using the app and I was not disappointed! On the outgoing trip, while waiting for the ferry, I had a steam-train go past. On the journey back two attack-helicopters flew just above our heads while waiting for the ferry.
