Natalie has worked both behind the stick and front of house in bars and restaurants for over 11 years. Her career highlights include managing venues within the Merivale Group and taking the role as Bar Manager of the institution that was, Cafe Pacifico. From venue Manager of Hugos Bar Pizza in Potts Point she became part of the award winning bar team at Eau De Vie, Sydney. Then she went on to own and operator the award winning Mojo Record Bar on York St for two years. As a passionate trainer and spirits advocate with companies like Vanguard Luxury Brands and CCA, she nowadays holds a role as the NSW Reserve Brand Ambassador for Diageo. A big time lover of spirits and all things cocktails, she's always excited to have an opportunity to mix one of her brands like Tanqueray Ten Gin with a legendary brand like Heering.
